Returns

Changed your mind? Return any unused light in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Return postage is paid by you. Please email hello@ishi.com.au before sending anything back.

Natural materials

Ishi lights are made from natural stone such as travertine, marble and alabaster, or hand-finished in concrete and terrazzo. Variations in colour, pores and veining are part of their character and are not a fault.

Damaged in transit

If your light arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the box to hello@ishi.com.au within 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Warranty

Ishi lights carry a 2-year warranty on electrical parts (LED, driver and wiring). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Hardwired lights must be installed by a licensed electrician; damage from incorrect installation is not covered.
