About us
This website is run by Ishi Lighting (ABN 73 469 362 915), a Gold Coast business. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Ishi Lighting. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. Lights marked as sold out can't be ordered yet.
Natural stone
Our lights are made from natural stone. Every piece is different, and variations in colour, pores and veining are part of its character and are not a fault. Photos are a guide only.
Delivery
Please see our Shipping policy for delivery times and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
Returns and warranty
Please see our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major fault.
Installation
Hardwired lights must be installed by a licensed electrician. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.
Using our website
Please use the site lawfully and don't try to interfere with it. The photos, text and designs on this site belong to Ishi Lighting and can't be copied without our permission.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
